ManageForMe provides an AI-powered property management platform that includes maintenance coordination, leasing automation, rent collection, vendor management, tenant support, owner reporting, and related features. The Services are designed to assist property management professionals and are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, or licensed contractor services.

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate classifications, recommendations, work orders, communications, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). While we strive for accuracy, AI Outputs are provided as suggestions and should not be treated as professional advice. You acknowledge that:
Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ManageForMe and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services beyond the limited license to use them as described herein.
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (payment processors, vendor platforms, communication tools). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANAGEFORME AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ManageForMe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) Your Data.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Services or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which we may delete it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
